Enjoy Live Music, Drinks, Shopping Specials, Celebrity Sightings and Trunk Shows on the Third Thursday of every month along the Highlands Square - 32nd & Lowell. 5 to 8 pm

First Friday Art Walks on Tennyson
Enjoy local artists as they open their galleries and studios to the public on the first friday of every month. Many of the shops, boutiques, salons and restaurants participate by offering specials, as well. Tennyson Street from 38th Avenue to 46th Avenue. 6 to 10 pm.

Every Friday Art Reception on 37th & Navajo District
For over 25 years the corner of 37th and Navajo has been the center of the alternative arts scene in Denver. Its influence on the Denver art scene has been a significant and important role in the careers of some of the state's top artists. Every Friday night from 7 to 10pm, the 37th and Navajo Arts District is host to an opening reception at one of the galleries: Pirate, Edge Gallery, NEXT, The Bug Theater, and ZIP37.

Winter Holiday Events

Holiday in the Highlands, December 10, 2006, Highlands Square
Holiday in the Highlands brings Santa and free hot chocolate to our neighborhood. Take part in the fun of a toy drive, pictures with Santa, free cocoa and holiday shopping. Winter Wagon Ride 1 - 3 pm, $2 donation.

Jingle & Mingle on Tennyson Street, Now to Christmas
The trendy strip between 38th and 44th Avenue in Northwest Denver has become a flourishing shopper's paradise, especially during the holiday season. On Thursday nights, you'll find special discounts, gift wrapping and holiday cocktails in many of their favorite shops. Beginning November 30th, participating merchants up and down the street will light their walks with luminaries and extend their store hours to 8:00 p.m. The child & pet-friendly Tennyson Street merchants encourage shoppers to bring their children along on their holiday shopping spree.
